Rare ANTIQUE PATINATED COPPER HORSE WEATHERVANE WITH COMPASS on Stand

This gorgeous old copper horse has an incredible color and patina that only the passing years can create. There are no names or markings to identify the maker of this large copper horse weathervane.  I believe this horse was hand made by a skilled coppersmith sometime.  Not sure if exact age, believed to be from 1920's-1930's possibly earlier.  The horse is nearly 30 inches long and without the stand, is already near two feet high. Including the stand and directional unit, our friend measures 44 3/4” from top to bottom. A very impressive piece of early folk art that would surely gather more than a little attention from those who are fortunate enough to see this lovely running horse.
The tail on the horse is a bit crinkled or smushed. It needs to be soldered on the bottom of the feet back onto the straight pole. It was not fully attached when I purchased it years ago and finally detached fully. This piece has been in my house in air conditioning since the day I brought it home many years ago. It is already attached onto a block piece of wood. The pole attaching the piece is not copper material.
