    Description

    This CD player has intermittent problems.
    Sometimes it will play a CD just fine, other times it will skip fast forward thru tracks 1 & 2 then play the rest of the CD without any problems, etc.
    When first powered up the tray will delay opening.
    The optic has been cleaned.
    I suppose it's the optical laser pick-up. These were once available here in the states but I only found a source in the UK from Gerner Electronics for 39 quid
